What you can build on the Travelers platform.

The Travelers Developer Platform exposes a suite of B2B REST APIs that integration partners use to transact across insurance lines of business. Every API shares common conventions for authentication, environments, errors, and pagination, and all of them are available through a single combined SDK.

Conventions

  • Protocol — HTTPS, JSON request and response bodies.
  • Auth — OAuth 2.0 client credentials or bearer token. See Authentication.
  • Versioning — path-versioned where applicable (e.g. /v1/bond-execute).
  • Errors — standard HTTP status codes with a structured error body.
