# SDKs

The Travelers SDKs are generated with [Fern](https://buildwithfern.com) from the same OpenAPI
specifications that power this reference. Every API is a namespace on a single client, so one
install and one set of credentials covers surety, claims, payments, and policy data.

#### [TypeScript](https://github.com/fern-demo/travelers-ts-sdk)

`npm install @travelers/sdk`

#### [Python](https://github.com/fern-demo/travelers-python-sdk)

`pip install travelers`

## Usage

**`TypeScript`**

```typescript title="TypeScript"
import { TravelersClient } from "@travelers/sdk";
const client = new TravelersClient({ token: process.env.TRAVELERS_TOKEN });
// Surety — execute a new bond
const bond = await client.surety.execute({ /* ... */ });
// Claims — file an automobile claim
const claim = await client.claims.autoClaim({ /* ... */ });
```

**`Python`**

```python title="Python"
from travelers import TravelersApi
client = TravelersApi(token=os.environ["TRAVELERS_TOKEN"])
# Surety — execute a new bond
bond = client.surety.execute(...)
# Claims — file an automobile claim
claim = client.claims.auto_claim(...)
```

## Namespaces

Each Travelers API is exposed as a sub-client:
